Distance Covered:

Got to the club early, had the glider on the line @ 9:00.
Declared HusBos, Northleach, St Neots, Banbury, HusBos.

Launched at 11:30, started too early and had to wait for the weather to catch up with me. Slow progress for the first half of the flight. Then the sky went mad. 7-8knt average climbs, 4500ft cloudbase, and streets everywhere. Came hammering back, dolphin flying and having the odd turn to keep the altlitude. Was on final glide from Banbury, broke the finishing rule of 500ft over the club by about 475ft, at about 145knts..... Great fun, great flight.

320km, 4hrs
